Production Administrator

Position Type: Full-time; Hourly 

Location: In Office; Sumner, WA 

Wage Scale: $20.00-$25.00 

Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide admin/clerical support to Production Managers and staff. 

• Review job files and enter material usage daily into data base. 

• Review, audit and confirm material is entered correctly. 

• Investigate missing materials and labor accordingly.    

• Run and analyze material, labor, and job costing reports. 

• Working with Finance to ensure billings are accurate. 

• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected. 

• Other job duties may be assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and managers. 

• Previous experience in a construction office environment is highly desired but not required. 

• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills. 

• Knowledge on the usage of PC and other office equipment. 

• Knowledge of a variety of software including MS Office applications and SAP. 

• Regular attendance is required. 

• Valid WA Driver’s License.
