Wage Scale: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, process, and submit weekly payroll daily and weekly certified payroll.
- Audit payroll entries for accuracy in SAP.
- Manually input vacation and sick hours into payroll system as needed.
- Enter and process terminations in payroll system.
- Run a variety of payroll reports for managers and VPs as requested.
- Manage and respond to general inquiries in the payroll email inbox.
- Resolve discrepancies with payroll as needed.
- Ensure that confidentiality and security of all information is maintained.
- Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least one-year experience processing payroll.
- Experience in certified payroll in a construction environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Regular attendance is required.
