HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN

POSITION TYPE:       Full-Time, Hourly

LOCATION:                Sacramento, CA

WAGE SCALE:           $18.00-$22.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet all incoming visitors.
• Answers phones and route calls to appropriate party.
• Mail distribution.
• Data entry and updating various software applications.
• Maintain office and keep supplies stocked.
• Assist the Human Resources department with a variety of clerical tasks and projects.
• Abide by all safety regulations set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Recent graduate with a Business Administration Degree or Certificate. Emphasis or concentration in Human Resource preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier and Digital Scanner.
• Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications, Adobe Professional, Success Factors, and Data Facts.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Valid CA Driver’s License
