COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION BILLER

POSITION TYPE:      Full-Time, Hourly

LOCATION:               Sacramento, CA

WAGE SCALE:          $25.00-$30.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and submit monthly owner billings and pay applications.
• Complete and maintain AIA G702/G703 billing forms.
• Manage and update Schedule of Values (SOV).
• Review contract requirements and ensure billing compliance.
• Track payment status and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with project managers and accounting staff to ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain billing documentation, lien waivers, and supporting schedules as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial construction billing experience.
• Working knowledge of AIA G702/G703 forms, Schedule of Values (SOV), and pay application processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/construction management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
