Insulation Production Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises a crew of installers, including hiring, terminating, evaluations and disciplinary action.
• Oversees commercial and residential insulation jobs through completion.
• Visits job sites and reviews work in progress in terms of productivity and safety standards.  May bid jobs.
• Reviews WIP and plans future projects, ensuring that materials are available.
• Conducts safety meetings on a regular basis, and reviews equipment for maintaining safety standards.
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience with K13, monoglass, firestopping, spray foam, batt insulation, curtain wall insulation and scrim.
• Three years experience installing within the Insulation trade, and one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in the Commercial and Residential Construction field strongly desired.
• OSHA 30 certificate desirable
• Requires good verbal and written communications skills and a professional manner in dealing with customers and employees.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desired.

• Must be able to lift in excess of 75 lbs.
• Up to 50% travel to local job sites

• Must have a valid OR driver’s license with a good driving record
• Regular attendance is required.
