ACLAL SPEICALTY CONTRACTING, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR A PURCHASING CLERK

POSITION TYPE:    Full-Time, Hourly

LOCATION:              Fremont, CA

WAGE SCALE:       $26.00-$36.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Placing orders for roofing materials and supplies as needed 
• Follow up with Vendors regarding purchasing questions and discrepancies
• Receive and Verify Order Confirmations
• Running and reviewing key reports in SAP
• Confirm all coding is accurate
• Setting up vendor accounts
• Performs inquiry and posting of invoices, auditing quantity and pricing for accuracy
• Review and reconciliation of vendor statements
• Maintain material order logs
• Maintain Vendor discrepancy and issue logs
• Coordinate logistics with vendors
• Various other administrative duties as assigned
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 to 4 years of purchasing experience 
• Must be able to operate a personal computer and other various standard office equipment
• Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred but not required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Regular attendance is required
• Valid CA driver’s license
