POSITION TYPE:      Full-Time, Hourly

WAGE SCALE:          $20.00-$26.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontract agreements, and supporting documentation.
• Track contract requirements, deadlines, compliance items, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and document control.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Support billing, change orders, purchase orders, and administrative project functions.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively and escalate concerns when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Construction Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
• Excel
• Word
• Outlook
• Teams
• Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience working in construction, contracting, energy programs, or project-based environments is preferred.
