Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage teams, drive profitability, and build lasting customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Take full ownership of the branch's profit and loss performance.
  • Lead and coordinate all branch operations, including sales, yard/warehouse activities, and administrative functions.
  • Supervise and develop team members to achieve individual and branch goals.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure the branch delivers high-quality service and support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience with direct financial responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop employee potential.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and income statements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
