We are looking for candidates with experience in leadership or management and the building products industry to join our team. Manager Trainees will be on a tracked development program to become Branch Managers within a year. Candidates for this position will have strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • An understanding of a basic income statement.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to relocate
