We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative with expertise in commercial roofing and a background in the building products industry. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in cultivating and sustaining robust relationships within the expansive and diverse customer base within the construction community. This person can sit at either our Fresno or Visalia Location. This position offers uncapped commission.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial roofing sales, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.

Compensation Data

Base: $70,304.00  + Uncapped Commission
