We are looking for an experienced and driven Masonry & Stucco Outside Sales Representative to support our growing customer base in the Dallas and Denver markets. This role focuses on building relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers while promoting our full line of masonry and stucco materials. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment

Compensation Data

$64,480 - $92,400 Annually

 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow masonry and stucco sales within the Dallas or Denver territory.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct onsite job visits to understand project requirements and recommend the right products.
  • Provide accurate product knowledge, pricing, quotes, and material availability.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and activity logs in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitor products, and industry changes.
  • Participate in vendor trainings, trade shows, and regional industry events.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Prior outside sales experience in masonry, stucco, or construction materials required or strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of masonry and stucco products, installation processes, and project needs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
