What You'll Do

Support HR Operations

• Process HR paperwork and maintain employee records.
• Assist with administrative tasks that keep HR operations running smoothly.

Work with HR Technology

• Support HRIS projects and system testing.
• Partner with HR and IT teams to identify improvements and provide feedback on system functionality.

Contribute to Special Projects

• Participate in HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Take on additional assignments that support team and business goals.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus.

Skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
