We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role primarily focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, with an emphasis on business relationship management. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to business analysis efforts to drive strategic initiatives, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for business stakeholders, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Proactively engage with business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and value creation.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to support business objectives, leveraging technology and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment and integration of business and technology solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit business requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders, ensuring their needs are accurately represented.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Preferred, minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, or related field, with a proven track record of success in driving strategic initiatives and delivering business-critical projects.
  • Preferred, minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in business relationship management, demonstrating the ability to cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and documentation techniques.
  • Experience with common project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational dynamics, industry trends, and strategic frameworks to effectively navigate and contribute to business operations.
  • Ability to interpret financial information to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
