Muddox joined Pacific Coast Building Products in 1980 and now supplies a large distributor network with clay products that include standard face brick, thin brick, flue liners, pavers, pool coping, and structural brick. H.C. Muddox also offers custom shapes, sizes and colors in a range of products.

(CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE)

$20 - $25/hour Depending on Qualifications and Experience

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Under supervision of the Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager, this position supports Outsides Sales Representatives and Customers. This position requires providing sales assistance, general customer service over the phone and in person to commercial and retail customers, dealers, and truck drivers. This role is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of prior experience in customer service, administrative and/or general business operations preferred. Experience in masonry industry a plus.
Engaging verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with the sales team, contractors, dealers, customers and superiors.
Valid Driver’s License.
On the job training experience is required to be able to perform duties.
Basic math skills and computer skills a must. The ability to use SAP, SalesForce and masonry
Predictable and Regular attendance is required.

Lifting up-to 50 pounds
Frequently drive a personal vehicle to visit customers as directed, up to 20% travel time.
