WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, this position supports the customer service department and is responsible for processing and managing customer sales orders and answering product and service questions; and is also responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.
