STARTING PAY $18.00 HOUR + OVERTIME & SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
INCREASES TO $20.00 HOUR AFTER PROBATION PERIOD
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates forklift transporting rolls of paper or bales of recovered fiber.
- Assists others as needed during equipment failures and special projects.
- Assists in general housekeeping duties in the production environment.
- Assist with down days and startup of production line procedures
- Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Maintains work area according to plant standard for safety, efficiency and cleanliness.
- Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Forklift certification or experience desired
- Manufacturing experience desired
- Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts
- Reliability, initiative, and a commitment to success
