Accounting Supervisor

About The Role
This is a hands-on accounting leadership role for someone who likes being involved, and not just behind a desk. You’ll manage site-level accounting and a small team, partner closely with Operations, and spend time on the plant floor identifying opportunities to improve processes and control costs. You’ll lead a small accounting team with varying experience levels and working styles, so strong communication and people-management skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day accounting for one or more locations, including monthly close and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review P&L statements, balance sheets, variances, and projections.
• Partner with Operations to support budgeting, cost control, and operational decision-making.
• Engage with teams across departments and spend time on the floor understanding how the business runs.
• Identify and implement process improvements that support efficiency and accuracy.
• Support audits, inventory processes, and compliance requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small accounting team.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent certification (CPA, CMA).
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory or people-management experience.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with all levels of the organization.
• Practical, curious, and willing to dig in to understand how things really work.

Pay Range: $85,000–$115,000 annually
