Position Summary
PABCO Roofing is looking for a motivated Maintenance Trainee to join our plant maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn industrial maintenance through hands-on training while supporting the safe and reliable operation of our facility and equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist maintenance technicians with repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance
• Learn basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and shop cleanup
• Help troubleshoot equipment issues under supervision
• Follow all safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures
• Document work performed and report issues to the maintenance team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong desire to learn a skilled trade
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work around machinery

Trainee wage: $30 per hour
