Maintenance Planner

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a knack for coordinating multiple teams and ensuring smooth operations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Maintenance Planner at PABCO!

Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Planner, you'll serve as the crucial link between Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Technical Services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that maintenance requirements are met while undertaking various semi-skilled tasks in our maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate weekly, daily, and long-term project planning and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare and maintain weekly work plans and schedules for major projects.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance activities with production and engineering teams.
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs and monitor material and supply costs.
- Communicate safety and environmental requirements within job plans.
- Handle purchase orders and deliver formal reports.

Qualifications:
- Education: One (1) year certificate from college or technical school.
- Experience: Two years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer skills, good reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Communication: Ability to read, interpret documents, write reports, and effectively communicate with team members, customers, and vendors.
- Math: Proficiency in basic arithmetic and ability to interpret data.
- Reasoning: Aptitude for problem-solving and dealing with standardized situations.
- Equipment: Proficiency in operating standard office machines and equipment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to meet physical requirements such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in various environmental conditions including exposure to weather, fumes, and moderate to loud noise.

Local Wages:      $35 - $45 per hour
