Your Impact:

This position will be responsible for administering human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with location and subsidiary objectives and federal and state legal requirements within the location/division.

The person in this role will work with a high level of autonomy, working on complex projects and having extensive latitude for independent judgment. This position may lead or coordinate the work of others.


What Will You Do?



  • This position will manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, terminations, payroll, compensation, training, and compliance.
  • Demonstrate company values and ensure behavior within the location/division is consistent with the company values.
  • Counsels with management on behavior and performance issues.
  • Counsels with employees to mediate disputes and address complaints in a timely manner.
  • Build collaborative relationships within the location, with counterparts at other locations, and with PABCO Admin.
  • Responsible for implementing subsidiary-wide initiatives/programs and HR objectives at the location/division level to include presentations and speaking with large groups.


In Addition:

  • Proactively communicate and respond to inquiries regarding the organization’s processes, policies, values, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of employment laws, regulations, trends, and best practices. Implement any recommended changes in collaboration with PABCO Admin.
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of periodic reports for management.
  • Assist employees with questions regarding payroll and benefits and coordinate with the benefits and payroll teams on more complex matters.


What You’ll Bring:



  • Five (5) years related human resources experience and/or training
  • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
  • UKG (Kronos) and SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting


Communication Ability:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, co-workers, and vendors



Annual salary range of $65,000-$95,000. This is an Exempt level position
