Relationships with internal team members, your Marketing Coordinator and external vendors are integral to being able to deliver the needs of the business. 



Essential Duties And Responsibilitiesmay include some or all of the following:

  • Leads the development of marketing strategies, budgets, and goals.
  • Supervises the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Manages marketing processes, including design and development of all marketing collateral, trade show participation, and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Develops marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including campaigns, events, digital marketing, community partnerships and more.
  • Drives social media strategy including development of content for website/landing, blog, email campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Develops and implements concepts for user experience, SEO, design and maintenance of the company website.
  • Creates and oversee paid advertising campaign and metrics
  • Recommends and manages vendors and negotiates prices relating to marketing services, booths, and advertising.
  • May visit customers to increase industry knowledge and enhance customer relations.
  • Represents the company on various subsidiary and trade association committees.
  • Acquires market knowledge to provide management for preparing budgets, forecasts, market targets and trends, pricing strategies and other information necessary to assist the sales plan.
  • Responsible for the development and inventory control of samples and literature
  • Works with plant staff to ensure campaigns and deliverables are aligned with PABCO values and culture.
  • Regularly conduct ROI assessment of marketing efforts and present to executive leadership.
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from four-year University or College;
  • Minimum of three years’ experience and/or training;
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Broad knowledge base in various marketing and web platforms required.


Communication Ability:

  • Ability to write, read and interpret documents related to various projects.
  • Ability to write routine correspondence, promotional copy, social media posts, and reports.
  • Expert in effective communication with both internal and external customers.


Math Ability:

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. 
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.


Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. 
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.



  • Must be able to operate a personal computer plus related software and other various standard office machines and equipment as necessary to complete duties.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, layout, and publishing is required.
