What’s the Job?
- Supervises a crew and oversees their daily work.
- Inspects plant equipment and machinery to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
- Responsible for meeting company standards for shift production and production quality.
- Prepares maintaenance work order to ensure equipment and machincery meet company standards.
- Prepares requested reports on a regular basis.
- Troubleshoot deparements problems, including bad product or proccess deficient and adjust as needed.
- Repsonsible for knowing the operating schedule each day and ensuring the approrate materials and setup are avilable.
- Take regular inventories of deparment supplies for plant management.
- Responsible for the performance, training, development, recruiting and discipline, or subordinate employees.
- Maintains work area per company standards for safety and cleanliness.
- Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and govenment regulatory agencies and ensure the hazardous conditions are reported and corrected,
- Assists in, preparing, loading and unloading trailors.
- Responsible for vendor management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You and your experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training, preferrably in a manufacturing plant.
- Forklift certification.

Wage Range:
$35 - 41 per hour
