What’s the Job?

• Supervises a crew and oversees their daily work.
• Inspects plant equipment and machinery to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
• Responsible for meeting company standards for shift production and production quality.
• Prepares maintaenance work order to ensure equipment and machincery meet company standards.
• Prepares requested reports on a regular basis.
• Troubleshoot deparements problems, including bad product or proccess deficient and adjust as needed.
• Repsonsible for knowing the operating schedule each day and ensuring the approrate materials and setup are avilable.
• Take regular inventories of deparment supplies for plant management.
• Responsible for the performance, training, development, recruiting and discipline, or subordinate employees.
• Maintains work area per company standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and govenment regulatory agencies and ensure the hazardous conditions are reported and corrected,
• Assists in, preparing, loading and unloading trailors.
• Responsible for vendor management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You and your experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training, preferrably in a manufacturing plant.
• Forklift certification.

Wage Range:

$35 - 41 per hour
