PABCO, a building product company that values individuals and their families has an opportunity for a Sales Administrator & Analyst in Rancho Cordova, CA.

The position works under general supervision and reports to the Director of Sales.


The Job:


  • Design, create, and publish various reports relating to Sales for tracking and analysis, to include the monthly sales report, various financial reports, SAP data, etc.
  • Utilize data and knowledge of varying factors to push forward important information to Director of Sales and Territory Sales Managers.
  • Act as a pricing coordinator by being a reliable source of pricing information to include dissemination of price changes, reports, and job quotes.
  • Working with TM’s and the DOS to gather key information pertinent to the position.
  • Analyze reports, information from the Sales team, and external variables, to create new administrative solutions and/or strengthen our current processes.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service department to ensure frequent and accurate communication between customers, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Assist with Sales meetings and various events.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
  • All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.



Successful Candidates Will Have:



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college
  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Background in building products or sales strongly desired.
  • SAP experience strongly desired
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.


Communication Ability:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and/or customers/vendors. 


Math Ability:

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
