What’s the Job?

  • Uses analytics to evaluate sales and production team performance.
  • Uses data to recommend effective pricing, rebate strategies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
  • Analyzes current reporting practices effectiveness and efficiency and recommends changes as needed.
  • Develops analytics across the organization, assisting with the creation of dashboards and reports to support and evaluate strategic objectives.
  • Develops and reports meaningful sales, financial, operational and workforce analytics.
  • Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
  • Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, workforce, general business conditions, and other related areas.
  • Works with management team to prioritize suggested changes to systems and processes.
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
  • All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.

You and your experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; and
  • Three (3) or more years related experience and or/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

What puts you ahead:

  • Experience with SAP software
  • Experience working with Power BI and/or Tableau software
  • Previous experience at a manufacturing company
