PABCO Building Products is one of the manufacturing arms of the Pacific Coast Companies with its divisions: PABCO Gypsum, PABCO Paper, and PABCO Roofing Products servicing the building and construction industries in the western United States and Canada.

Your responsibilities as an Executive Assistant include administrative support to the subsidiary executive team, supply management for the office, organization, and maintenance of the office space, including décor, furniture, and equipment.


What’s the Job?

  • Responsible for providing administrative support and performing complex duties for the subsidiary executive team.
  • Handles details that are of a highly confidential and critical nature.
  • Collects and prepares information for subsidiary executives’ use in discussions and meetings with senior staff and outside individuals.
  • Collaborates with sponsor to research, plan and coordinate logistics for leadership training, management, board and other group meetings, including venue, agenda, materials, accommodations, travel arrangements, food and team building events.
  • Where appropriate, researches, prioritizes and follows up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to the subsidiary executive, including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature; determines appropriate course of actions, referral and/or response.
  • Tracks AFEs including logging and distribution as they arrive, approved, dispersed and copies filed. 
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the subsidiary executives. 
  • May be responsible for managing the executives’ calendar, mail and email.
  • Composes non-routine correspondence via email, letter and memorandums. 
  • Screens calls from main phone line and puts them through, takes messages or handles as appropriate.
  • Compiles and or consolidates various reports.
  • Makes travel arrangements for the subsidiary executives and other staff as needed.
  • Responsible for researching and purchasing annual executive gifts, employee anniversary gifts, new hire gifts and other related swag.
  • Responsible for coordinating maintenance and/or repairs to office furniture and equipment.
  • Organizes and maintains supplies in the office, including breakroom, supply closet and open areas.
  • Orders supplies, equipment and furniture as needed.
  • May supervise clerical staff and assigns various duties.
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
  • All other tasks and/or responsibilities assigned.


You and your experience:

  • One (1) year certificate from college or technical school, and
  • five (5) to eight (8) years of related experience and/or training; or
  • equivalent combination of education and experience.



Salary: $68,00000-80,000 depending on experience
