We are currently accepting resumes for a Glue Mixer in Newark, CA for QuietRock. This position is responsible for loading and unloading gypsum board on and off a conveyor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Manufactures batches of glue and glue products.
• Utilizes different raw materials to make the product lines.
• Operates different types of mixing machinery.
• Measures and weighs different raw materials to make the finished product.
• Accurately follows the set formulas and records material usage.
• Operates a forklift.
• Performs the daily forklift inspection checklist.

• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
• All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Successful candidates will have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Lift and/or move 60 pounds and more
• Regular attendance is required
• Ability to work with various chemicals
• Ability to accurately follow a formula for mixing

• It’s a physical job and the environment is dusty and can be hot.
• Pay is $26.73 / hour. There are Shift Differentials: Swing Shift: +$0.75/hour, Grave Shift: +$1.00/hour.
