Accounting Clerk (Entry Level)

PABCO® Gypsum, a division of PABCO® Building Products LLC, has provided quality gypsum board products and service for over 35 years.  PABCO® Gypsum supplies a complete line of gypsum products for commercial and residential construction.

 

This entry level position will provide administrative support to the Accounting Departments and other areas within the plant.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsibilities in routine product inventory.
  • Accounting responsibilities in the Purchasing Department, purchase orders and receiving product.
  • Verifies daily truck shipments.
  • May compile and distribute various reports.
  • Assists with answering telephone calls, greets and answers questions from visitors and personnel.
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties.
  • Provides support in coordinating location events.
  • Maintains excellent attendance.
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by the company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
  • All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Entry Level with up to 3 years administrative experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent Math Skills
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. Experience in SAP preferred.
