PABCO® Gypsum, a division of PABCO® Building Products LLC, has provided quality gypsum board products and service for over 35 years.  PABCO® Gypsum supplies a complete line of gypsum products for commercial and residential construction.

Here at our Las Vegas location, we make Gypsum Wallboard. Your job as the Manager of Customer Service and Logistics is the management of our customer service team and the transportation logistics of our products to customers and reload facilities.

  

What’s the Job?

  • Manages the process for incoming customer orders for materials and/or products.
  • Produces various reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Interacts regularly with sales and manufacturing to ensure customer concerns are communicated.
  • Reviews and approves invoices relating to customer service.
  • Assists the Directors of Sales and the Territory Sales Managers as needed.
  • Oversees procurement of freight carriers as needed.
  • Interacts with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of our product to the customer.
  • Manages customer service team.
  • Develops and implements systems and process improvements within the customer service group.
  • Manages the recruitment, performance, training, development, promotion, discipline, and termination of subordinate employees.  Assigns objectives and conducts performance appraisals of direct reports.
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
  • All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.

You and your experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from a four-year college or university;
  • five (5) to eight (8) years of related experience and/or training; or
  • equivalent combination of education and experience

 

What puts you ahead:

  • Previous customer service experience for a manufacturing company
  • Experience in the building material industry
