POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Production Line 4 Supervisor, this position supports the production department, operating, inspecting and fueling forklifts, as well as supporting the production department in all areas of the plant; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related tasks as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. Other tasks may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow individuals with disabilities to

Verify the accuracy of outbound shipments.
Perform cycle counts.
Change delivery notes to reflect load changes and inventory shortages.
It helps to maintain an accurate and orderly inventory.
Participates in the semi-annual inventory counts.
Inspects, maintains, and fuels forklifts as needed.
Empty discharge hopper.
Adjust the spacing of the forks.
Loading bricks onto trucks.
Move around the courtyard, hallways, and cross walkways.
Stack the product on the patio.
Loading/Unloading Supplies
Check the labels on the pallets.
Bring packing supplies.
Maintains the work area in accordance with the company's specifications for cleanliness and safety.
Complies with company and OSHA safety standards and regulations.
All other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the company or its designated representatives.
Attends safety meetings and complies with all safety rules set by the company and government regulatory agencies; Ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
Predictable and regular in-person attendance is required. Work overtime and weekends as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, a person must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Be able to speak and read English.
Minimum experience of 1 year driving a forklift and be certified by the company.
Requires on-the-job training to be able to perform tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, superior clients.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow simple instructions.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Predictable and regular in-person attendance is required. Work overtime and weekends as needed.

• 0 to 2 hours per day of standing, walking, bending, stretching, and bending.
• Regular in-person attendance is required.
