POSITION SUMMARY:  Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, this position manages a wide range of marketing processes and projects. Interacts with sales, product development and customer service departments to ensure efforts reflect brand and identity of the company accurately.   Manages a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the marketing department; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Manages the development comprehensive detailed marketing plans for assigned business units
  • Manages the development and production of sales collateral, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, displays, digital marketing, trade show presence and other marketing efforts.
  • Maintaining communication open with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.
  • Developing standardized presentations, sales scripts, proposals and other documents.
  • Writing and maintaining content and providing timely updates to company website.
  • Overseeing the Analytics from website, advertisements and marketing campaigns.
  • Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
  • Implementing project management system for documenting and tracking activities.
  • Developing and supplying channel collaborates with collateral, sales training and best practices.
  • Managing organizational efforts for tradeshows, Customer events and company sponsored activities.
  • Monitoring online blogs for tracking communications related to the brand of a company.
  • Developing lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives.
  • Working with customers in developing project profiles, references, and testimonials.
  • Interfacing with company divisions and building up strong working relationships
  • Conducting market research by visiting customer and plant locations to fully understand market conditions
  • Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
  • Regular attendance is required.


QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of Marketing/Advertising experience
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Graphic design and collateral management experience
  • Experience in consumer research and related statistical analysis
  • Google analytics experience
  • Digital marketing experience including SEM, SEO and Social Media tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and effectively present information, respond to questions from managers customers and vendors
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Knowledge of basic geometry.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Technically Proficient with all Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Working knowledge of web development/maintenance tools and optimization experience
