POSITION SUMMARY:  Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, this position will develop, maintain and upgrade existing company web sites by planning and executing design. On occasion, this position may act as a backup to our graphics department and help ensure that all design and marketing efforts adhere to our company brand guidelines and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Develops site navigation by categorizing content.
  • Upgrade company websites by updating and monitoring the effectiveness of content, graphics and overall design; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Engineer customer-facing marketing campaigns which increase acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Maintaining communication open lines with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.
  • Developing standardized presentations, sales scripts, proposals and other documents.
  • Creating and maintaining content and providing timely updates to company website.
  • Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
  • Photographing product at jobsites using drone or DSLR camera.
  • Utilizing project management system for documenting and tracking activities.
  • Coordinating organization efforts for tradeshows, Customer events and company sponsored activities.
  • Regularly communicating with company divisions and building strong working relationships.
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

  • QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Degree or Certificate in Web Development, or graphic design or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of web development & graphic design experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Web programming skills (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript) and good understanding of browser capabilities.
  • Knowledge of technical terminology unique to online marketing, emerging web-based technologies, and Internet trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively and positively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-starter with a passion for your work, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and responsive - ability to prioritize multiple tasks, reprioritize as needed and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and communications skills.
  • Working knowledge of various CMS systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.). 
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process preferred
  • Photography or videography experience a plus
  • Drone Pilots License a plus
  • Basic experience in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar web analytics application.
  • Highly proficient with MS suite.
  • Experience with front end UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Knowledge of basic geometry.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Valid Driver’s license is required.
