Salary Range: $24.04 - $31.25 per hour, DOE.

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: 

Under the supervision of the Director, Business Processes and Projects, this position is responsible for entering and maintaining data in the company's database(s). They are also required to provide quality control over the elements, and to provide guidance to the customers and co-workers according to their needs.  It is their responsibility to ensure that data policies and standards are followed.  Attention to detail and multi-task is required.  Must be a team player and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • High school education or equivalent. An associate degree in accounting, business, computer science, information technology or a closely related field, or;
  • Two (2) years of progressively responsible related experience, prior data management/item master experience preferred.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of ERP software modules and business processes, SAP & BW preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, customers, and supervisors, ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and in making decisions.
  • Ability to follow or give verbal and written instructions, as applicable.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, including10-key calculator; phone; copy machine; and a digital sender.
  • Valid drivers’ license is required, and US Passport preferred.  
  • Predictable, and Regular attendance is required. Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required.

  • Sitting, standing, bend at the waist, talking/listening, use of arms and hands to grip, hold, reach, or manipulate the listed tools and equipment.
  • The employee must periodically lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. 
  • Up-to 10% travel by air/car required, occasional overnight travel.
