POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Operations manager, this position supports the Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams by researching infrastructure projects, reviewing plans and specifications, gathering market intelligence, and assisting with customer and business development activities. and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: General 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Research public and private infrastructure projects using available resources such as Dodge Data, municipal websites, bid portals, and other industry databases.
• Review engineering plans, specifications, utility drawings, and project documents to identify opportunities for Company products.
• Compile project information including owner, engineer, developer, contractor, project size, estimated quantities, schedule, and specifications.
• Develop and maintain databases of municipalities, developers, consulting engineers, contractors, utility districts, and other key industry contacts.
• Visit customer offices, municipalities, engineering firms, and active construction sites to gather project information and strengthen customer relationships.
• Collect customer testimonials, project success stories, photographs, and other documentation highlighting successful product installations.
• Assist with researching municipal standards, approved material lists, and infrastructure specifications.
• Prepare project summaries, market reports, presentations, and technical documentation for the Sales and Engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic files, project records, and market intelligence databases.
• Support special projects involving engineering research, market analysis, customer outreach, and business development.
• Frequently required to operate a motor vehicle and travel to customer locations, municipalities, engineering firms, and active construction sites.
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by the Company and governmental regulatory agencies; and ensures hazardous conditions are reported and corrected. Assist with data entry and updating records in spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Predictable and regular attendance is required.

• Valid California driver's is required. Frequently required to operate a motor vehicle and travel to customer locations, municipalities, engineering firms, and active construction sites.
