WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: 

Under the supervision of the Plant Manager and Models and mold supervisor, this position supports the hand pressing department, in all areas of Terra cotta and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel
• Reach with hands and arms
• Talk and listen
• Stand, walk, and sit, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, reaching with hands or arm  
•  Lift and/or move up to 50-75 pounds.
• Predictable and Regular attendance is required.

• Plant environment with loud noise, moving machinery, dusty, dirty.
• Outdoor weather conditions.
