POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Office Manager, this position is responsible for driving trucks to pick-up and deliver products; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  •  Maintains E-Logs and/or fills out log books if E-Log stops functioning, worksheets and HOS reports etc.
  •  Secures loads with ropes, straps, brick boards and tarps.
  • Determines types of equipment to be used for jobs.
  • Transports products throughout Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming to customers, stores, yards and jobsites.
  • Loads and unloads trucks as needed.
  • Maintains and fuels trucks and performs inspections on equipment.
  • Maintains work area according to company standards for cleanliness.
  • All other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the company or its designated representatives.
  • Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
  • Regular attendance is required.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Requires on-the-job training to perform the duties of the job.
  • Requires basic math, reading skills.
  • Ability to operate Princeton and other types forklifts and drive a variety of trucks including Flatbed Trailers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a valid Colorado CDL driver’s license and a good driving record, and be certified to operate a forklift.
  • Regular attendance is required.

  • Standing, walking, sitting, talking/listening, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, reach with hands and arms.
